Who
we are

I’m Rachael Les, a licensed psychologist and founder of Willow & Wren Psychotherapy. My work centers on helping people heal from anxiety, insecurity, and relationship distress so they can live with more ease, confidence, and authenticity.

In therapy, I take an interpersonal and behaviorally focused approach, drawing from attachment theory and modern behavioral practices. I believe that healing happens through safe, attuned connection — the kind that allows you to feel understood, seen, and supported as you explore what’s keeping you stuck.

My clients often come to me when they’ve spent years managing anxiety, striving for perfection, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we uncover the deeper patterns at play and work toward lasting change — not just symptom relief, but a genuine sense of aliveness and self-trust.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me outdoors, recharging in nature, or working on creative projects that help people reconnect with what feels meaningful and alive in their own lives.
